About the role
Content moderation is one of the most consequential jobs on the modern internet. As a Content Moderator at Corpshore Uzbekistan you review user generated content on a major global social media and live streaming platform in Turkish, apply community standards consistently, and protect users from harmful content. This is high judgment work. We provide six weeks of intensive paid training in policy, decision frameworks, escalation, and wellness practices before you begin live moderation.
Honest disclosure
Content moderation involves regular professional exposure to user generated content that may include nudity, violence, hate speech, harassment, and fraud. This is the nature of the work. Corpshore operates a formal Trust and Safety Wellness Framework with exposure limits, mandatory rest cycles, on-site psychological support, peer support, and content rotation designed to protect your long term wellbeing. Candidates who do not feel comfortable with this work should consider our Customer Service roles where language requirements match.
