This policy explains how Corpshore MCHJ, trading as Corpshore Uzbekistan, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use corpshore.uz, apply for a role, or contact us. Corpshore MCHJ is the data controller. We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data of 2019.

Corpshore MCHJ, trading as Corpshore Uzbekistan, is the Central Asian operating unit of Corpshore Solutions Corporation. Our Uzbekistan headquarters is at 224 Amir Temur Street, Samarkand 140100, Uzbekistan.

What we collect
Account data such as your name, email, and phone number. Application data such as your CV, languages, experience, education, skills, work preferences, and the documents you upload. The consents you give. Communications you send us, and limited technical data such as IP address, device information, and cookies.
Why we use it
We use personal data to process applications and match you with roles, to manage your candidate profile, to run assessments and interviews, to respond to client and quote requests, to meet legal obligations, and to keep the site secure and improve it.
Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in recruitment and service delivery.
Background checks
Some roles require a criminal background check through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. With your explicit consent we record only the status and the consent itself. We do not store the underlying check data.
Who we share with
We share data with our parent Corpshore Solutions Corporation and group companies for governance and reporting, with our recruitment system provider, with clients only with your consent for a specific role, and with service providers such as hosting and email under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Storage, security, and retention
Data is hosted with established providers, protected by access controls and encryption in transit, and kept only as long as needed for recruitment, service delivery, and legal requirements. Where data is processed outside Uzbekistan it is handled under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can also delete your account from the candidate portal. To exercise any right, contact info@corpshore.solutions.
